Building Emotionally Safe Classrooms: A Workshop for Teachers
In an effort to foster emotionally supportive learning spaces, our teachers recently engaged in a thought-provoking session on setting healthy boundaries in the classroom.
The session, centered around real-life case studies, highlighted the art of boundary setting by teachers — equipping educators with tools to create emotionally safe and balanced classrooms.
Through interactive discussions, teachers learned to recognize early signs of distress and respond with empathy and structure. The workshop also encouraged reflection on teaching practices that impact students’ emotional health. It was a meaningful step towards building a more compassionate and resilient school environment.
