"Education is the means of developing the greatest abilities, because in each of us there is a private hope and dream which, fulfilled, can be translated into benefit for everyone and greater strength for our nation." - John F. Kennedy.

Teaching Methodology

Here at BGSPS we use the best and latest teaching methodologies which help to make learning a pleasure. 'Digital Classroom' technology has been adopted wherein classrooms are equipped with Interactive Boards having information for all classes as per the CBSE curriculum. This audio-visual teaching aid helps to reinforce class room concepts and brings greater clarity of thought and understanding. Students will be taught and tested through this audio-visual medium. Group discussions, seminars, field trips, visits by eminent guest faculty/speakers, and group and individual project work form an integral part of learning at school. Lessons are devised keeping the child in mind and to bring out the best in every child.

While teachers are an authority figure in the classroom, teachers and students play an equally active role in the learning process. The teacher's primary role is to coach and facilitate student learning and overall comprehension of material. Student learning is measured through both formal and informal forms of assessment, including group projects, student portfolios, and class participation. Teaching and assessment are connected; student learning is continuously measured during teacher instruction.
